Perinatal Care

Pregnancy changes everything, including your pelvic floor. We offer two ways to support you during pregnancy depending on what you need. Labor and birth is a major physical event. Even if you had no issues during pregnancy, you may suddenly notice a deep feeling of weakness, continued pain, or even feel like something is falling out of you. Let’s get you on the road to recovery and address your concerns.

  • In this 90-minute, hands-on appointment, you'll learn how to work with your body during labor, not against it. We cover everything from effective pushing techniques to labor positions, perineal massage, and how your pelvic floor should actually move during delivery. You'll leave with tangible skills and some confidence.

    What we cover:

    • How to push effectively with coordination and awareness

    • Movement and positioning strategies tailored to your preferences

    • Perineal massage to support tissue mobility and reduce fear around tearing

    • How to reduce your risk of common postpartum concerns like perineal tearing, diastasis recti, and pelvic organ prolapse

    • A full-body baseline assessment to understand where your pelvic health is right now and flag anything to stay ahead of going into delivery and postpartum

    Partners are welcome and encouraged.

Ideal for: Pregnant clients at 33+ weeks, or anyone who wants to feel genuinely prepared before birth.

  • For moms dealing with symptoms during pregnancy

If you're pregnant and managing symptoms, our prenatal pelvic floor therapy sessions are fully tailored to you, addressing what you're dealing with right now while still building in birth prep so you're ready when the time comes.

    We treat things like:

    • Urinary leakage or urgency

    • Pelvic girdle pain

    • Diastasis recti

    • Low back or hip pain

    • Pelvic heaviness or pressure

    • Constipation or bowel changes

    • Core weakness

Every session includes a full-body baseline assessment so we understand exactly where your pelvic health is, address your current concerns, and set you up for a smoother postpartum recovery.

  • Your body just did something remarkable. Postpartum pelvic floor therapy helps you heal well, not just get back to baseline, so you can feel strong, comfortable, and confident in your body again.

    Common postpartum concerns we treat:

    • Diastasis recti

    • Urinary leakage or urgency

    • Pelvic organ prolapse

    • Pelvic girdle pain

    • Perineal pain or tearing recovery

    • C-section or episiotomy scar tissue

    • Sexual dysfunction or pain with intercourse

    • Constipation and bowel changes

    • Core weakness and body aches
